Our goal at Five Star Day Spa is to ensure that each of our clients has the ultimate experience. To assist you in making the most of your Spa experience we provide the following important information.
Bookings are essential for all treatments. A booking fee of 50% is required when booking a package. If redeeming a Gift Voucher, please quote the number at the time of booking.
Cancellation of packages booked on Saturdays will incur a cancellation fee of 20% if less than 24 hours notice is given. At all other times, a minimum of 4 hours notice would be greatly appreciated.
Dress - Swimwear is not required to be worn during any of our wet treatments. For your comfort and privacy, robes and disposable underwear are supplied. Pedicure treatments require suitable open toed footwear.
We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment. This allows time to check in and complete the necessary health questionnaire. Treatment times may need to be reduced if you are late to arrive.
To ensure total relaxation during your Spa experience we ask that all mobile phones be switched off or turned to silent.
